Delivery and Returns

Delivery Prices:

The prices of delivery in the UK are as follows depending on the number of cases:

1 case will be £15 next day delivery and £7.99 to be delivered in 3-5 days.
2 cases will be £30 next day delivery and £15.98 to be delivered in 3-5 days.
3 cases will be £45 next day delivery and £23.97 to be delivered in 3-5 days.
We will offer free delivery for any order above £125.00 excluding VAT.

We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Returns policy: 

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or provide a refund. Notpla will issue refunds if the product has arrived damaged or is not in a condition where it can be used. Please contact shop@notpla.com should this happen. 

Takeaway boxes: we only return if the pack is un-opened and we have a 15 days return policy. 

 

Resale: 

The products you receive should be used for a particular use. This product is strictly not for resale.
